5. Showroom & Dealer Accounts

• Showrooms must ensure all listings are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• Carsooq may edit, modify, or remove any listing or content for accuracy, compliance, SEO, or quality purposes.
• Repeated violations may result in permanent account removal without refund.

6. Content Ownership & License

• You retain ownership of your content but grant Carsooq a worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive license to use, display, and promote it.
• You confirm you have the legal right to use and upload all content, including images and descriptions.
• You must not upload copyrighted material without permission.

7. Viewing & Data Use

• Listings and data on Carsooq are for personal viewing only.
• Copying, scraping, or re‑using content without written permission is prohibited.
• Automated data extraction tools (bots, crawlers) are not allowed.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Upload offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
